Accessing the System Remotely

To access the system remotely:

1. Dial up using a RAS connection.

2. Launch a web browser.

3. Enter the URL.

4. Press Enter.

5. Enter a User Name and Password.

6. Launch the System Administration Tool.

7. Proceed according to requirements.

NOTE: If the computer that you are using to access a MiVoice Business configuration tool has pop-up blocker software installed, the administration tools may not operate properly. To access the administration tool or perform the administrative activity that the pop-up blocker software is preventing, you must allow pop-ups from MiVoice Business. See Enabling Pop-ups for details.
